Corporate Information-Trager at the
Office
Research has documented substantial benefits
of on-site bodywork for both employees and employers. After receiving a short
session of bodywork, employees are more alert, feel better, and have an
increased sense of well-being, Sitting at a desk,
typing on a keyboard, holding the phone, stress from deadlines; all these lead
to muscular strain and discomfort. These muscle discomforts can be addressed
with Trager bodywork. Employees
are grateful to receive this benefit, and you may find their productivity to
increase, and office work relationships to improve.
The minimum block of time for corporate
sessions is one hour, for which I charge $105. This can be split up into
sessions of any length that you wish for your employees, with a 5-minute
transition time between clients. If you would like to add additional time, my
rate is $75/hour, which can be prorated.
I am currently available Tuesday through
Friday and some Mondays from 10 am to 6 pm. You may to set up either a one-time
appointment for a special occasion or a regular schedule for your employees. I
do have individual client sessions already scheduled, so it may take a week or
two to set up a time for your company.
I would ask that your office staff set up the
appointments, and distribute copies of my client information form to each
employee. Employees should complete their forms prior to their appointments to
maximize our hands-on time together.
Trager sessions are given on a massage table. You will need
to provide a relatively quiet room that has a seven-foot by ten-foot open
space. Employees may wear their regular office clothing, or may prefer to
change into loose-fitting clothes to lie on the massage table. I will provide
all linens and props necessary.
